Diseñar, implementar, mantener y respaldar nuestra creciente infraestructura de red.
Responsabilidades
- Soporte remoto y en sitio a redes LAN/WAN/WLAN
- Seguimiento y resolución de problemas
- Generación de reportes de post-mortem
- Realización de memorias técnicas de WAN, LAN y WLAN
- Atención y seguimiento de tickets en Redes LAN/WAN/WLAN para resolución de problemas, registros de cambios
Requisitos técnicos
- 4 - 6 años de experiencia en configuración e implementación de LAN, WAN & WIRELESS
- Experiencia en Cisco/Meraki/Fortigate/Sonicwall (Routers, Switches, WLACs, APs y Firewalls)
- Inglés requerido para conferencias con clientes y proveedores.
- Conocimientos en protocolos de ruteo: RIP, OSPF, OSPFv3, EIGRP, EIGRP IPv6, BGP, protocolos de capa 2 VTP, STP, MSTP, protocolos de alta disponibilidad en capa 3 HSRP y VRRP, T-Shooting por capas de modelo OSI y TCP.
- Experiencia en escalamiento con fabricantes y resolución de problemas, routing (OSPF, BGP, ruteo estático VRRP) y switching (VLAN, STP, RSTP, LAG, LACP), conocimientos prácticos en protocolos de red capa 3 (dinámico y estático).
- Conocimientos prácticos en VPN, S2 S y C2 S.
- Conocimiento en Active Directory, DNS, sistemas operativos (Windows Server y Linux) y virtualización.
- Deseable: Certificación CCNP.
