Bunge has an exciting opportunity available for Analyst II Contract Administrator. In this role you will be part of a global team working on challenging, meaningful projects impacting core business activities.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate commodity purchases and sales confirmations entered into SAP.
• Ensure all contracts accurately reflect agreed commercial terms.
• Validate contract pricing against agreed terms in close collaboration with commercial and finance teams.
• Monitor contract status in SAP and proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate and supervise commercial activities related to the Trade Desk, Open Book, Futures Account, OTC process.
• Coordinate and supervise daily activity report (DAR) for SOX with Controlling team.
• Perform Mark‑to‑Market calculation ensuring compliance with USGAAP rules working as a team with Controlling Team and FP&A for P&L purposes.
• Hedge futures, HTA contracts, Basis contracts.
• Administration and execution of Futures, EFP's, pricings and options.
• Purchase domestic local Commodity.
• Owner of the quote tool for sales with clients in Mexico.
• Control position, cash, flat and basis.
• Perform complex and non‑complex tasks that require analysis and solutions, supporting with recommendations ensuring proper alignment with the Oils Trade desk in Miami office.
• Possess in‑depth knowledge of contract management, adapting departmental best practices and recommending solutions and best practices.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the Invoice to trade desk staff, contributing to the short, medium, and long term, developing staff development plans within the area.
• Any other ad hoc duties that may be required from time to time.

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance or related.
• SAP knowledge.
• Ability to speak and write in English.
• Excel knowledge.
