Product Engineer

Responsabilidades
- Reunirse periódicamente con clientes para comprender sus procesos, identificar oportunidades y traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones tecnológicas.
- Diseñar, desarrollar e iterar MVPs de agentes conversacionales utilizando tecnologías de IA, validando hipótesis con clientes en ciclos cortos.
- Construir software mantenible y escalable sobre una plataforma común que permita soportar múltiples soluciones conversacionales.
- Colaborar estrechamente con Ingeniería, Producto y Product Engineers para definir la mejor estrategia técnica y funcional para cada solución.
- Tomar decisiones técnicas considerando los trade‑offs entre velocidad de ejecución, escalabilidad y mantenibilidad.
- Participar activamente en revisiones de código, diseño de arquitectura y mejora continua de las prácticas de ingeniería del equipo.
Requisitos
- 4 a 6 años de experiencia como Software Engineer, participando activamente en el diseño, desarrollo y despliegue de productos de software.
- Experiencia construyendo productos o plataformas B2B/B2C de alta escala, utilizadas por un alto volumen de usuarios o transacciones.
- Experiencia participando activamente en la definición de funcionalidades y/o trabajando estrechamente con equipos de Producto en contextos ágiles.
- Experiencia comprobable diseñando soluciones escalables y tomando decisiones técnicas considerando trade‑offs entre velocidad, mantenibilidad y escalabilidad.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para interactuar tanto con perfiles técnicos, como con clientes.
- Capacidad para desenvolverse en contextos ambiguos, priorizar con autonomía y transformar problemas abiertos en soluciones concretas.
- Motivación por construir productos impulsados por IA.

Demonstrates expertise in designing and developing scalable software solutions, particularly in the context of AI-driven products. Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
