About the Role

At Micron, the Senior AEBU Distributor Operations Analyst is a vital contributor to our goal of transforming how the world uses information. Based in Mexico, this role concentrates on backing Micron’s distributor operations across the Americas. You will strategically evaluate business performance, manage programs, and enhance operational excellence.

In this position, you will be the crucial link between Sales, distributor teams, and internal partners in applications, product, pricing, and supply. Your work will involve supporting distributor performance, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), managing Market Development Funds (MDF), and leading all aspects of Strategic Customer Agreements (SCA). By using data, you will identify risks and opportunities, ensuring flawless execution of critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate distributor priorities, programs, commitments, issues, and actions across Americas Sales and distributor teams.
• Analyze POS, demand, inventory, supply, pricing, pipeline, and other business indicators to recognize trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, reports, and QBR materials that provide clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Assist distributor programs, training, product launches, application efforts, events, and campaigns.
• Coordinate MDF planning and execution, including budget tracking, performance reporting, and alignment with business priorities.
• Support SCA execution and governance, including commitments, allocation, fulfillment, exceptions, and corrective actions.
• Monitor pricing, supply, demand, forecasts, inventory, and product transitions, coordinating follow-up and addressing blocking issues as needed.
• Improve processes through standardized workflows, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Partner across Sales, Distribution, Business Operations, Strategy, Product, Pricing, Supply, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, and Marketing to drive business priorities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, finance, analytics, marketing, or a related area, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Relevant experience in distributor, channel, sales, or business operations; supply chain; analytics; project management; or a related function.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert business data into insights, suggestions, and actions.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate collaborators, manage priorities and timelines, and drive deliverables to completion.
• Experience developing business reviews, scorecards, dashboards, reports, or presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and bring up issues appropriately.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, industrial, distribution, or technology industries.
• Familiarity with distributor POS, forecasting, inventory, supply, pricing, MDF, QBRs, important metrics, and channel programs.
• Experience supporting distributor agreements, allocation programs, or SCA governance.
• Experience managing technical training, product launches, or distributor support.
• Experience with business intelligence, analytics, workflow automation, or generative AI.

The specified role does not encompass the following responsibilities: Finalization of sales agreements or the execution of sales contracts is prohibited. The role also does not carry the authority to make definitive decisions regarding contracts, be it their conclusion or termination. Furthermore, the role is not designed to involve participation in pricing negotiations or the authorization of contracts. These activities fall beyond the permissible duties of the position.
