Jefe de marketing

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy. This role will lead marketing campaigns, monitor key performance metrics, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. The successful candidate should have a strong marketing background, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and communication initiatives aligned with the company's marketing strategy.
• Coordinate and optimize marketing activities to generate qualified leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote products, services, and special offers.
• Educate clients and prospects about products and services through innovative marketing strategies.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Experience working in or supporting markets across Latin America (LATAM) is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Experience with digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management is a plus.
