Key Platforms

Smart Wind Turbines

Envision’s smart wind platform integrates advanced sensing, digital models and digital twin technologies via the Galileo SuperSense System. With 80+ GW installed globally, Envision ranks first globally in orders and second in new installations since 2022, maintaining a leading international market position.

Energy Storage

The energy storage platform provides full-stack capabilities across battery cells, BMS, PCS, EMS and SCADA, delivering integrated end-to-end solutions. The business ranks third in China and fourth globally, with 200+ projects and 15+ GWh in orders. The ecosystem includes Envision AESC (global battery leader) and Univers (AIoT-enabled digital energy management platform).

Green Hydrogen

Envision is developing large-scale integrated green hydrogen and ammonia industrial parks, including one of the world’s largest net-zero hydrogen projects in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia (1.5 million tons planned annual capacity).

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the development of the bidding process and related improvements.

2. Analyze and assess customer requests for proposals and tenders, considering critical key indicators for the customer and business.

3. Lead customer-facing negotiation and take responsibility for converting customer requirements into commercially viable, contractually balanced, and executable proposals, while protecting Envisions margin, risk position, competitiveness, and long-term customer relationship

4. Lead cross-functional internal negotiations to address customer requests and deviations from Envision baseline, ensuring that any exception is properly assessed, priced, mitigated, approved, and reflected in the final commercial and contractual position before submission or signature.

5. Present the proposal to the customer and take responsibility for drafting and negotiating the equipment and services contracts with our customers, including all terms and conditions, and supporting documents, in English. Lead key negotiations with customers and external stakeholders, including third party consultants and legal advisors; drive the proposals to closure.

6. Take informed decisions regarding the proposal; present proposal summaries including a commercial risk and mitigation plan to the risk review board and obtain management approval for all critical items of each transaction.

7. Support the project execution team in post-contract related modifications related to notices, change /variation orders etc.

8. Frequent Business trips within the region are to be foreseen.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

2. Fluent in English in speaking and writing. (Working knowledge of Chinese is a plus)

3. Enthusiasm for working with customers

4. Cultural sensitivity to working across time zones and cultures

5. Experience in negotiating terms and conditions and driving deals to closure

6. Strong process analysis, problem solving and strategy development skills

7. Ability to take critical decisions in the face of limited or conflicting data and under time pressure

8. Willingness and ability to travel during negotiation periods

9. Excellent communication skills and confidence with executive level presentations

10. Demonstrated teamwork skills and proven leadership skills in virtual project teams

11. Ability to manage multiple complex activities simultaneously
