Your potential is our inspiration.**Where You'll Make a Difference*** Prepare and record journal entries in **SAP** and **Central Finance (CFIN)**, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger.* Perform monthly account reconciliations and balance sheet reviews to support strong financial governance and reporting accuracy.* Support **month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities**, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.* Coordinate the preparation of **local statutory financial statements** and supporting documentation in compliance with **Argentine regulatory requirements**.* Maintain accounting records and statutory books in accordance with **Argentine legal, tax and accounting requirements**.* Support **external and internal audits** by providing reconciliations, schedules, analyses and required documentation.* Prepare and review **tax reporting packages** and support **income tax provision** activities.* Partner with **Treasury, Tax, Global Business Services (GBS)** and Corporate Finance teams to resolve accounting, reporting and compliance matters.* Ensure compliance with **SOX controls**, company policies, **US GAAP** and **Local** **GAAP**.**What Makes You the Right Fit*** Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting**.* 3-4 years of experience in **accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance or controllership activities**.* Strong knowledge of **US GAAP, accounting principles, financial reporting and internal controls**.* Experience working with **SAP**.* Experience with **account reconciliations, statutory reporting and audit support activities**.* **Advanced Microsoft Excel** skills.* **Intermediate to advanced English proficiency** with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global environment.* Strong **analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills** with a high level of attention to detail.* Ability to build effective partnerships with **local, regional and global stakeholders**.**How Would You Stand Out?*** Previous experience supporting **accounting operations, statutory reporting or legal entities in Argentina**.* Knowledge of **Argentine accounting, tax and regulatory requirements**.* Experience working in **multinational organizations** or **shared services environments**.**Why Choose Us?*** Be part of a global organization that combines science, creativity and innovation to make a meaningful impact.* Collaborate with diverse teams across regions and functions in a highly connected international environment.* Gain exposure to global finance processes, compliance frameworks and transformation initiatives.* Join an inclusive workplace that values diverse perspectives and empowers employees to thrive.We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
