Perfil: Responsable de Sistemas y Desarrollo
Responsabilidades:
- Administrar y dar soporte técnico a usuarios y sistemas de la empresa.
- Desarrollo de software incluyendo de nuevas funcionalidades, productos, e interfases.
- Entendimiento profundo del negocio para ser el socio y consultor tecnológico de los usuarios clave del negocio (Operaciones, Comercial, Contabilidad, Administración y Finanzas, etc.)
- Levantamiento de requerimientos de usuarios de negocios.
- Desarrollo de documentos de requerimientos funcionales y técnicos, guías para usuarios, pruebas y evidencias, documentación técnica, etc.
- Priorización y gestión de las tareas y responsabilidades tecnológicas de la empresa.
Requerimientos/Experiencia:
- 3+ años administrando sistemas o aplicaciones.
- 5+ años de experiencia en desarrollo web.
- 2+ años de experiencia tomando requerimientos de usuarios clave y transformándolo a soluciones de software.
- Experiencia en herramientas low-code (ej. AppSheets).
- Experiencia trabajando en equipos multidisciplinarios.
Deseable:
- Experiencia en ERP Odoo.
