Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe, efficient, and cost‑effective execution of production operations within the flavor manufacturing plant, meeting Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost targets through strong team leadership, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Guarantee operational continuity, production plan compliance, and talent development, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and operational performance.
• Lead the end‑to‑end plant operations, including production, material flow, and internal supply chain.
• Ensure full compliance with EHS policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Deliver production plan performance ≥ 97%, ensuring on‑time and reliable output and compliance with quality and food safety standards (HACCP / GMP).
• Lead and implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
• Oversee performance management, proactively identifying and solving operational deviations.
• Support plant scalability and growth, ensuring readiness for multi‑shift operations expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Chemical, Food Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Operations or Manufacturing (preferred).
• Minimum of 5+ years leading manufacturing operations.
• Experience in the food, flavor, ingredients industry.
• Proven experience managing multi‑shift operations.
• Strong background in KPI management and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading complex teams or cross‑functional projects at a managerial level.
• Strong leadership and team management.
