At an automation company, we are looking for a high-performance sales professional to drive growth, win new business, and deliver innovative solutions to top-tier customers.

This is not a passive sales role — this is for someone who builds opportunities, influences decisions, and closes deals.

What you will own

• Drive revenue growth and market expansion within your territory
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities (OEMs & End Users)
• Apply Proactive selling to understand customer challenges and deliver high-value solutions
• Manage pipeline, KPIs, and performance through CRM discipline
• Collaborate with Application Engineers and Product Marketing to deliver impactful solutions
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience in technical/solutions sales (industrial automation preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline .
• Proven track record in hunting, closing, and exceeding sales targets
• Experience selling to OEMs and/or End Users
• Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills
• Background in automation technologies
• Self-driven, competitive, and results-oriented mindset
