NetSuite Education Services provides comprehensive instructional programs to ensure our customers, partners and employees have the knowledge to achieve the highest level of success. The Education Consultant plays a critical role in achieving this objective. They work collaboratively with customers to help them build product knowledge, increase user adoption and achieve ROI by designing and delivering high-quality, process-based tailored training that promotes NetSuite best practices.

This role focuses primarily on customers who are currently implementing NetSuite but may also deliver training to Partners and our existing customers. The Education Consultant works in a high‑energy and dynamic environment, delivering training to multiple customers in a variety of industries. The position is responsible for the delivery of instructor‑led onsite and virtual end‑user training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer‑specific End User Training including pre‑go‑live, Train the Trainer, pre‑UAT and go‑live support training based on the implementation project scope for a customer.
• Advise customers how to make best use of their learning subscription and develop a strategy (Learning Action Plan) to combine eLearning with live training to maximize end‑user adoption.
• Recommend best practices from a user adoption, training, and business management perspective.
• Learn and deliver training for Mexico and Colombia localizations of NetSuite and provide training and advising to support customers throughout Latin America and US/Canada.
• Take full ownership of multiple concurrent customer training projects.
• Interact with customers as needed for logistics, knowledge transfer and follow‑up.
• Deliver live instructor‑led training sessions onsite at customer locations and in a virtual, interactive online environment.
• Deliver webinars and webinar series to a broad customer base.
• Participate in customer training requirements definition and training scoping conversations.
• Participate in the development of new offerings and improvement to processes, providing feedback and suggestions to education program management.
• Keep up to date on current and new product rollouts to ensure functional and technical knowledge, as well as training and presentation skills are continuously upgraded.
• Incorporate learning industry best practices and techniques in daily engagements.
• Adhere to Education Services Delivery methods, processes, procedures, and policies in the development and delivery of education services.

Qualifications / Skills

• Minimum 2 years in the technology industry.
• 1+ years of experience in a functional training or consultative role with emphasis on technology and business process training development, design, and delivery.
• Strong presentation, training and group facilitation skills; familiar and competent with audience‑engagement methods and techniques appropriate for all types of audiences.
• Understanding of common industry standards related to ERP and standard business practices such as Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets), Inventory Management (Purchasing, Fulfillment, Warehouse Management) and/or Software/Services management functions (Revenue Recognition, Project Management, CRM).
• Ability to advise the customer and showcase the importance of their training strategy.
• Drive value with the customer.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands and reprioritize as customer timelines shift.
• Highly adaptable and open to change so that you can best serve the needs of your customers.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish skills that can be applied to documentation development, curriculum review, delivery, and all communication.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish. Proficiency in Portuguese is an asset, but not required.

Travel

The position will deliver onsite training upon request, up to 40%.
