Back Office Representative, Monday to Friday, $18,000 Monthly (Tijuana)

Important: This position is on-site and open only to residents of Tijuana, Rosarito, or Tecate. The job offer will be provided only after successfully completing the interview process at our offices. Please note that relocation expenses are not covered.

Confie in Tijuana is hiring Back Office Representatives!

Confie is a shared service center, originally from the United States, mainly in the areas of California, Nevada, and Arizona. Its clients are primarily insurance companies in the vehicle and medical sectors, each with more than 60 lines of business. Some examples are Freeway, One Source, Bluefire, and over the years, we have grown and acquired more companies such as SCRAM, First Acceptance, Assured Health, among others.

We are an extension of this business located in Tijuana. This past year, we have grown from 1,500 employees to over 1,800, and we even have plans to open another site in Mexico.

Job Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage new claims for various commercial coverages and keep client accounts up to date in Alliant’s system. You'll ensure strong client relationships through responsive, real-time communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and set up new claims for commercial lines.
• Maintain accurate client records in Alliant’s system.
• Provide timely, client-facing support to ensure satisfaction.

Schedule

Training Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:40 pm Monday to Friday.

Operations Schedule: Monday 6:30 am - 4:30 pm, Tuesday to Friday 6:30 am a 4:00 pm.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a call center or administrative role.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish (B2 or higher).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with office software and databases.
• Valid Mexican documents.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
