Human Resources Coordinator

• Coordinate personnel recruitment and selection processes.
• Oversee staff onboarding and training.
• Manage and maintain employee records.
• Manage payroll processes and attendance-related matters (absences, vacations, leave).
• Ensure compliance with current labor laws.
• Implement and monitor performance evaluations.
• Assist in the design and execution of organizational development programs.
• Coordinate activities related to workplace climate, organizational culture, and internal communication.
• Address and manage workplace conflicts and employee relations.
• Prepare reports and track key metrics for the department (turnover, absenteeism, training, etc.).
• Coordinate internal or external HR-related audits.
• Assist in the implementation of departmental policies, procedures, and improvements.
