In this role, you will empower a talented team, optimize high-volume transactions, and ensure robust financial controls while collaborating with global vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end processing of global vendor invoices and electronic payments to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated accounts payable team to maintain optimal performance and support continuous career growth.
• Manage the period-end financial close by preparing and reviewing critical monthly, quarterly, and annual expense accrual journal entries.
• Champion financial compliance by enforcing strict internal spend policies and robust SOX controls across all transaction workflows.
• Supervise the corporate expense reporting and reimbursement process to guarantee seamless employee experiences and policy alignment.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related business field.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership or supervisor experience managing financial operational teams.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in high-volume accounts payable environments.
• Strong knowledge of period-end accounting close procedures, invoice accruals, and internal compliance frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional business environment.

Bonus Points For:

• Practical experience utilizing Oracle ERP systems for financial transaction management.
• Proven success optimizing workflow automation or process improvement initiatives within finance operations.
