La persona en el puesto será responsable de actuar como líder estratégico de RRHH para las operaciones principales y en crecimiento en México. Desarrollará, escalará y supervisará las responsabilidades de RRHH en México, delegando tareas operativas a un miembro del equipo local para que se centre en la estrategia, las relaciones complejas con los empleados y el liderazgo.

Experiência / Requisitos
- Lic. en Administración de Empresas, Psicología, Recursos Humanos;
- +5 años de experiencia progresiva en RRHH, con al menos 3 años como Gerente de RRHH o un puesto de liderazgo similar en empresas pequeñas a mediana, con reportes directos al CEO;
- Dominio del idioma inglés conversacional (tanto hablado como escrito) y manejo de paquetería Office comprobable;
- Experiencia demostrada en la creación, expansión y liderazgo de una función/equipo local de RRHH, incluyendo la gestión de programas de bienestar para empleados;
- Experiencia demostrable trabajando en una estructura de informes matricial;
- Amplio conocimiento práctico de la legislación laboral mexicana y las operaciones de RRHH, incluida la preparación de nómina y sus aspectos relacionados con las distintas leyes, con capacidad para supervisar el cumplimiento normativo;
- Experiencia en la gestión de relaciones con proveedores de recursos materiales (transporte, catering, proveedores de prestaciones, etc.);
- Manejo de KPI's;
- Sólida sensibilidad cultural y experiencia en colaboración con diferentes regiones;
- Estandarizar y mejorar los procesos centrales de RRHH (gestión del desempeño, adquisición de talento, incorporación, compensaciones, evaluación y retroalimentación);
- Gestionar el presupuesto local de RRHH, incluyendo los presupuestos para servicios de bienestar, eventos y actividades de equipo; planificar la optimización de personal e inversiones estratégicas en RRHH;
- Liderazgo, estrategia integral, influencia, diplomacia, comunicación clara, centrado en el empleado, planificación, proactividad y resolución de problemas complejos.
