Purpose of the Role:

The Analyst, Finance & Administration I, is responsible for overseeing cash flow planning, banking operations, tax compliance, and financial reporting to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of the company’s financial information. This role manages payments, supports liquidity management, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides financial, accounting, and tax support to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute cash flow activities (weekly and 13-week forecasts) to ensure liquidity.
• Manage and control payments to vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee petty cash usage and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage banking operations: accounts, reconciliations, and authorized signatories.
• Provide reliable financial and banking information to treasury and other departments.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information in Mexico.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses for corporate and local management.
• Oversee calculation and reporting of deferred taxes on a quarterly basis.
• Ensure compliance with all tax obligations (ISR, VAT, and withholdings).
• Manage tax provisions and monthly/annual filings.
• Maintain accurate tax balances in the general ledger.
• Identify and mitigate financial and tax risks; strengthen internal controls.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Provide financial, accounting, and tax support to internal stakeholders.
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable reconciliations.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted
• 3 - 4 years of progressively responsible accounting/finance experience, preferably in a large or complex organization
• Experience supporting a multi-entity, multi-currency organization
• Shared Services experience is preferred

Skills:

• English Skills written and speaking
• Strong understanding of accounting principles related to tax, accounting.
• Advance proficiency in Microsoft tools (e.g. Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a Shared Service Environment.
