JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identify and prospect new potential clients through market research, participation in trade shows and industry events, and lead generation.
• Implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to build brand awareness and attract new customers.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and develop strategies to gain market share.
• Improve the efficiency of the sales process, including optimizing prospect follow-up, managing customer relationships, and developing compelling sales proposals.
• Conduct market research to identify underserved or growth-potential market niches or segments.
• Develop new products or packaging solutions that meet market needs and demands.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility and recognition in the market.
• Establish strategic alliances with other market players to expand the company's presence into new territories or market segments.
• Maintain active and close communication with existing customers to understand their needs and expectations.
• Provide excellent customer service by offering customized solutions and providing quality after-sales service.
• Develop customer loyalty programs, such as special discounts, rewards programs, or exclusive benefits, to promote retention and repeat business.
• Establish clear goals and objectives for the sales team, aligned with the company's business objectives.

• More than 5 years of experience in management positions
• Bachelor's and Master's degrees
