Spanish-Speaking Payroll Lead (QuickBooks Online) - Remote

We specialize in kitchen, bathroom, flooring, and complete home renovations. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Lead to join our remote team.

Compensation

• First 3 Months: $6.00 per hour
• After Successful Completion of 3 Months: $8.00 per hour
• Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Spanish-Speaking Payroll Lead with extensive QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience to oversee payroll processing for our growing team.

The ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to process payroll accurately and efficiently. While Spanish fluency is preferred , our priority is hiring someone who demonstrates outstanding payroll accuracy and expertise with QuickBooks Online.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience.
• Strong experience using QuickBooks Online (QBO).

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home office.

Preferred:

• Spanish-speaking or bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Experience processing payroll for U.S.-based companies.
• Familiarity with payroll compliance, employee deductions, and payroll reporting.
