Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (e. g. OMS, JSA, Visual Aids.
• Collect work measurement samples through time study methods
• Create and maintain bill of materials and production routings
• Update production floor layout (equipment and workstation) usingAutoCAD
• Manage and improve production costs through analysis and reduction efforts
• Participate in Lean, Kaizen, 6S and Value Stream Mapping activities
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Implement and maintain MRP and Settings SAP management.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
• Design and implement Lean Manufacturing principles to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor staff on new manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects and Kaizen events.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Requisitos

• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with continuous improvement techniques and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with process documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools, with a focus on Excel and POWER BI.
