Marketing Coordinator,Mexico

ABOUT THE ROLE

Olé Life is building the most relevant life insurance company in Latin America: 100% digital, USD-denominated, and designed for agents who want to sell differently.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing strategy across México, with a focus on B2B lead generation, incentive programs, and agent community building. We are looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and work with a high level of autonomy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the design and execution of the B2B marketing strategy for the assigned market, including positioning, agent activation, and lead generation.
• Lead the producer incentive program, including segmentation by production level, reward mechanics, communication, and performance measurement.
• Plan and coordinate in-person and digital events, including webinars, product launches, agent conventions, and brand activations.
• Develop the content and social media strategy (LinkedIn and Instagram): define content pillars, editorial calendars, and formats based on channel and audience (70% B2B / 30% B2C).
• Produce and oversee sales enablement materials, including presentations, emails, visual assets, and video scripts.
• Implement and maintain marketing tracking in HubSpot, including channel attribution, CAC, active agent coverage, and performance reporting to the leadership team.
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure alignment between communication and the needs of each market.
• Adapt the brand voice and communication to each market while maintaining Olé Life’s global brand guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing.
• Experience in Insurtech or Fintech.
• Experience in B2B Marketing and/or channel marketing.
• Experience managing incentive programs.
• Experience with HubSpot or an equivalent CRM.
• Experience planning and managing events.
• Advanced English.
• Neutral Spanish.
• Portuguese is a plus for Brazil.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Canva and/or Figma.
• Experience in video production.
• Experience with Notion, Cvent, Splash, or similar tools.

Design skills are not a requirement. We value strong aesthetic judgment and the ability to create clear and precise briefs for designers more than hands-on design execution.

• You communicate clearly and thoughtfully, understanding that the agent is the protagonist — not the brand.
