Position Summary:

Our partner is a large, established hospitality organization with more than 10,000 hotel rooms and 15,000 employees, now building an internal digital Product and Technology organization to take greater ownership of its customer-facing experiences.

This opportunity is for a hands-on Product Lead who wants genuine end-to-end ownership, not a role centered on managing backlogs, ceremonies, or collecting business requests. You will uncover customer and business problems, challenge assumptions, establish priorities, own the roadmap, and guide digital products from discovery through launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.

The Product organization is still being built, so success requires strong judgment, influence, and comfort operating without established processes. You will partner closely with senior business stakeholders, Product Design, and Engineering while helping establish how Product Management operates across the organization.

Experience and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Product, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of progressive Product Management experience with direct ownership of complex customer-facing digital products
• Proven experience taking digital products through discovery, prioritization, roadmap development, delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration
• Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders, challenging requests constructively, and resolving competing priorities without formal authority
• Experience making product decisions based on customer needs, business outcomes, research, data, and measurable results
• Experience partnering closely with Product Design and Engineering on products involving APIs, integrations, dependencies, and technical trade-offs
• Experience operating in an early-stage, zero-to-one, transformation, or evolving Product organization strongly preferred

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end direction, roadmap, delivery, and results of a customer-facing digital product
• Establish product strategy grounded in customer problems, commercial priorities, and measurable business outcomes
• Conduct hands-on discovery with customers and internal stakeholders to identify and validate problems worth solving
• Evaluate competing business requests and determine what should be prioritized, delayed, or not built
• Build and maintain a roadmap that clearly communicates priorities, tradeoffs, dependencies, and sequencing
• Influence and align senior stakeholders across Sales, Revenue, Marketing, Operations, and executive leadership
• Translate validated problems into clear outcomes, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Partner with Product Design to shape customer journeys, validate concepts, prototype solutions, and improve usability
• Work closely with Engineering throughout delivery, balancing customer value with technical dependencies, architecture, integrations, technical debt, and delivery risk
• Define success measures before launch and use product analytics, customer feedback, experimentation, and business results to guide iteration
• Remain actively involved after launch to understand performance, identify opportunities, and determine what the product should do next
• Establish practical Product operating practices that can scale as the internal organization grows
• Use AI to accelerate research, feedback synthesis, competitive analysis, prototyping, requirements development, and product analysis
• Contribute to building a strong Product Management discipline and ownership culture across the organization
