Production Coordinator (Podcasts)

Unbroken Business Support Group helps business owners turn podcasting into a real growth engine for their business. Our Platinum partners are our highest-tier, done-for-you clients: we handle the full production cycle of their show, from guest sourcing through editing to publishing, on their behalf. The Production Coordinator supports that pipeline day to day for our Platinum clients, keeping episodes moving on schedule, on brand, and ready to publish.

The Production Coordinator supports the day-to-day production operation for our Platinum, done-for-you podcast clients. You will help keep the production process, editing, guest/content sourcing, quality control, and publishing, moving smoothly, and you will personally handle production tasks directly. You will follow established workflows and checklists to keep every client's show on schedule and on brand, flagging issues as they come up.

This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable following (and improving) existing production workflows. You'll be given clear SOPs and checklists to work from, with support available as you ramp up on our client roster and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Support

• coordination, editing, quality review, and publishing.
• Produce or edit content as part of your regular workload.
• Help keep every client's episodes on schedule and consistent with their brand voice, format, and quality standard.
• Follow and help maintain production checklists, SOPs, and workflows so quality stays consistent.

Quality Control

• Review episodes and deliverables before they go out to catch errors, inconsistencies, or anything that doesn't meet our quality bar.
• Support the Q&A/review process for each client's production, checking edits, guest content, and final cuts against the checklist before publishing.
• Flag recurring quality issues to the Production Manager for process review.

Coordination

• Coordinate with editors, sourcing support, and other production contributors to keep tasks on track.
• Track deadlines and quality standards for your assigned production tasks.
• Raise bottlenecks or breakdowns in the production process to the Production Manager promptly.

Client Delivery Support

• Help make sure every Platinum client's show ships on time, every time, with no dropped balls.
• Flag any client at risk of falling behind schedule early.
• Support the Production Manager in maintaining production quality and timeliness across the Platinum roster.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in podcast, audio/video, or media production (editing, publishing, or content/guest sourcing).
• Strong attention to detail, with a track record of catching errors before they reach the client.
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with willingness to ask questions when needed.
• Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and tasks at once, under real deadline pressure.
• Comfortable doing hands-on production work directly.
• Solid organizational habits for tracking tasks across multiple clients.
• Working familiarity with our core production and operations stack, or direct equivalents, with willingness to ramp
• up quickly

Requirements:

• Riverside for remote recording
• PodPage for podcast website management
• RedCircle for podcast hosting, distribution, and publishing
• Google Drive for file organization and team collaboration
• ClickUp for project and task management across clients
• GoHighLevel (GHL) for client and workflow management
• Prior exposure to these tools (or close equivalents) is a plus; full training and ramp-up support will be provided on our specific workflows.
• Computer/Laptop with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
• Internet speed of at least 100MBPS
• Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
• Battery back up for computer
• Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting production for multiple clients or shows at once.
• Familiarity with the coaching, consulting, or entrepreneurship content space.
• Experience following or helping refine SOPs and quality-control checklists.
