SAP SUPPORT LEADER

Job Description:

We are looking for an SAP BASIS Leader with SAP FI/CO expertise to lead SAP production support, ensure system stability, and manage strategic vendors. The role requires strong interaction with Finance/business users and the ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP production support across the SAP landscape, with strong focus on FI/CO and Finance processes .
• Support critical processes including Accounting, Treasury, Tax, integrations, and financial closing .
• Manage SAP incidents, changes, SLAs, and continuous improvement.
• Manage and challenge SAP/AMS vendors , including deliverables, KPIs, SLAs, and escalations.
• Act as the key SAP interface for Finance and business stakeholders .
• Coordinate SAP Security, including roles, authorizations, profiles, and SoD , with BASIS teams.
• Apply ITIL practices for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Systems, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of SAP FI/CO experience in production support.
• Strong SAP Finance functional and configuration/support knowledge .
• Experience working directly with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, or FP&A users .
• 3+ years of SAP vendor/SLA management experience.
• SAP Security and BASIS coordination knowledge.
• ITIL knowledge.
• Advanced English ; Spanish is a plus.

Nice to Have

• SAP S/4HANA or migration experience.
• Exposure to MM, SD, HCM, or other SAP modules.
• SAP FI/CO certification.
• Retail or high-volume transaction experience.
