En Grupo Salinas estamos buscando Asesor de Torre de Control, para brindar soporte y seguimiento a clientes de Banco Azteca .

¿Qué harás?
- Brindar atención telefónica y asesoría a clientes.
- Dar seguimiento a visitas programadas por Ejecutivos de Crédito.
- Apoyar a usuarios con dudas y aclaraciones.
- Validar domicilios mediante herramientas digitales.
- Monitorear y dar seguimiento al estatus de solicitudes, visitas e incidencias.
- Contribuir a una experiencia de servicio excepcional.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Bachillerato concluido.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en:
- Atención al cliente.
- Call center.
- Ventas o atención telefónica.
- Facilidad de palabra.
- Escucha activa y orientación al cliente.
- Manejo de objeciones.
- Disponibilidad para laborar fines de semana.

- 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Trabajo de lunes a domingo con 1 día de descanso entre semana .
