Análisis del proceso de cuentas por cobrar para identificar cuentas vencidas, seguimiento con los clientes sobre facturas pendientes y elaboración de informes para las partes interesadas sobre el estado de las cobranzas, proporcionando un excelente servicio al cliente.
Actividades principales
Respuesta eficaz a las inquietudes de la OpCo y resolución oportuna de problemas de desempeño del servicio, contribuyendo a altos niveles de satisfacción del cliente.
Mantener los SOP actualizados con los procesos bajo su responsabilidad y coordinar los del resto de los equipos.
Capacidad para liberar órdenes de acuerdo con las políticas.
Seguimiento de cuentas vencidas y cobranzas.
Creación de facturas intercompany según lo requerido contractualmente y envío al cliente.
Monitoreo de cuentas para identificar pagos vencidos y envío de estados de cuenta a los clientes.
Procesamiento diario de pagos de clientes, incluidos pagos mediante pull, lockbox, ACH/transferencia bancaria y registro en las cuentas de los clientes.
- Nivel de inglés: avanzado (indispensable)
- Herramientas: excel intermedio-avanzado, conocimiento de algún ERP
- Experiencia 1 año en cobranza, aplicaicón de pagos o facturación.
