Buscamos a alguien que no solo administre servidores sino que los levante, los configure y los evolucione junto con nuestro equipo de desarrollo. Lo que harás día a día Levantar y configurar servidores en la nube para nuevos clientes (AWS / Azure)Gestionar y ejecutar despliegues en ambientes QA, preproducción y producción, respetando ventanas de mantenimientoCrear y administrar repositorios, accesos y cuentas en GitHub y JIRAGestionar la creación de subdominios según necesidades del negocioAplicar actualizaciones periódicas de servidores para mantener su rendimiento óptimoColaborar activamente con el equipo de Desarrollo para implementar cambios en infraestructuraMantener la infraestructura de red: diagnóstico, conectividad, configuración de equipos y medidas de seguridad (en coordinación con el área de Ciberseguridad)Atender reportes de acceso, cuentas y errores en máquinasGestionar entrega y recolección de equipos a colaboradores nuevos y bajasVelar por la disponibilidad y rendimiento continuo de los sistemas ITMantener actualizado el repositorio de documentación técnicaLlevar control del inventario de hardware y licenciasCumplir con los SLA de atención a incidenciasFungir como respaldo del área de Ciberseguridad cuando se requiera Lo que necesitas traer Formación: Ingeniería en Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones, Informática o carrera afín Experiencia mínima: 1 a 2 años en roles de infraestructura con componente cloud Conocimientos técnicos indispensables: AWS y/o Azure aprovisionamiento y administración de instanciasLinux y Windows ServerRedes corporativas: LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPN, IPSecVirtualización: VMware o Hyper-VSistemas de monitoreo de redes y servidoresSeguridades MicrosoftInglés intermedio (lectura técnica) Conocimientos deseables: Docker y contenedoresGit / GitHubPostgreSQL u otros gestores de bases de datosOracle CloudVCNs Competencias clave: Diagnóstico y resolución de problemas de infraestructuraDocumentación técnica clara y ordenadaComunicación efectiva con equipos de desarrolloProactividad y monitoreo preventivo (CPU, memoria, parámetros críticos)Organización y trabajo colaborativo Lo que ofrecemos Integración a un equipo técnico de alto nivel en empresa de software en crecimientoAmbiente de aprendizaje continuoPrestaciones de leyModalidad presencial en Guadalajara Si tu experiencia está en infraestructura corporativa tradicional (soporte a usuarios, cámaras, impresoras) este rol probablemente no sea el siguiente paso ideal.
