Senior Analyst Collector

At Evonik, we are looking for a Senior Analyst Collector to join our team and drive excellence in accounts receivable, collections strategy, and team coordination.

What will you do?

• Monitor assigned accounts and identify outstanding debts
• Develop and execute strategies to recover overdue payments
• Manage key customer portfolios
• Contact customers and resolve past-due situations
• Negotiate payment terms and resolve disputes
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure data accuracy
• Collaborate with Credit, Cash, and Customer Service teams
• Monitor and guide junior team members’ daily activities
• Support internal/external audits and insurance reporting

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• +2 years of experience in SAP, accounts receivable, or accounting
• Experience leading teams or supervising direct reports
• Intermediate to advanced English
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Results-driven mindset with excellent time management
• Strong communication and customer focus
• A proactive, hands-on team player who leads by example
