Solutions Architect (Ciudad Juárez)

About the Role

• Design and implement scalable integration solutions for SAP, Oracle, and legacy systems.
• Participate in pre-sales activities , understanding client needs and building integration strategy with TR software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integration projects.
• Develop technical roadmaps and strategies for integration solutions.
• Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
• Mentor and develop technical teams , fostering growth and excellence.
• Analyze client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet business needs.

About You

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in SAP and Oracle integrations.
• Strong background in legacy system integrations.
• Proficient in API development and management.
• Proven track record in presales and quota-driven environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration.
• Multilingual proficiency; fluent in English and Spanish.

Preferred qualifications:

• SCRUM Master certification.
• Experience with digital transformation and agile methodologies.
• Interest in continuous learning and personal growth.
