Order Entry & CS Support Specialist — Hybrid, Flexible Hours

Henkel in Mexico is seeking a GBS+ Customer Service Support Specialist to join our order entry and logistics interface. You will review customer portals, process purchase orders, and forward information to logistics to ensure smooth deliveries.
You will manage order entry, keep portals updated by tracking POs, correct orders when needed, and upload orders in SAP. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, strong communication, and a proactive approach to service excellence.
