Strategic Master Planner: Demand, Supply & S&OP

Plasticos Castella SA seeks a Master Planner to develop and maintain the master production schedule, aligning customer demand with capacity and material availability to meet objectives. The role will optimize inventory levels and support efficient manufacturing processes.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in master planning within manufacturing, strong MRP/ERP experience (SAP preferred), and excellent analytical and communication skills.
