Link-Worldwide is seeking an ambitious and outgoing Spanish Speaking Customer Service Consultant/Intakes Specialist to join our established firm in Mexico, Jalisco. This long-term position requires attention to detail and the ability to build relationships with potential clients.
You will be responsible for handling inquiries, conducting needs analyses, and processing client paperwork efficiently. A friendly personality and excellent multitasking abilities are essential. We offer a supportive environment and performance-based bonuses.
