CATEGORY MARKETING MANAGER

The Category Marketing Product Manager is responsible for the development and execution of marketing product strategies across our 31 markets. This includes developing and executing marketing plans, managing marketing budgets, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of marketing initiatives and drive penetration and growth of the category. The Category Marketing Manager will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing marketing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Essential ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and execute marketing strategies to drive penetration and growth among consultants and clients.
• Work closely with e-commerce teams to align marketing initiatives and drive success across all sales channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to conceptualize and develop marketing initiatives to the unique needs of customers.
• Market & Consumer Analysis: conduct comprehensive analyses of market trends, consumer & consultant feedback, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams across different countries, ensuring consistent messaging and tailored approaches to meet regional needs.
• Marketing Execution: Lead and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, promotions, events, training in conjunction with the rest of cross functional team.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance metrics, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize strategies.
• Budget Management: maximize usage of the marketing budget for the category, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Regulatory & Compliance: Partner with Legal/Regulatory teams to ensure all products marketing claims and content comply with local health and nutraceutical regulations across the 31 markets.
• Science & Product Story: Consolidate the scientific and clinical foundation of the portfolio (patents, clinical studies, clinical narrative) with the Science team, and translate it into marketing campaigns and content.
• Operations Coordination: Coordinate monthly with the Operations team on all activities related to the product and brand, ensuring materials, launch readiness and inventory needs are aligned across markets.

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Category MKT Managing, new product development or related field.
• Fluent in English & Spanish.
• Experience with HubSpot (or a similar marketing automation platform) and BI/analytics tools is a plus.
