At DiDi, we are building something special, and we want the world to know it. We believe in creativity, connection, and the power of a killer digital strategy. We’re looking for a creative, internet-obsessed, and driven Social Media Intern to join our Regional Social Media Marketing team.

Role Responsibilities

As our Social Media Intern, you won’t just be fetching coffee or scheduling boring posts. You will be in the driver’s seat of our community presence, helping us scale our hyper-local footprints and collaborating with incredible creators. You will work closely with our core marketing team and external agency partners to turn big ideas into viral realities.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Management: Be the voice of our brand. You’ll engage with our followers, spark conversations, and turn casual scrollers into brand evangelists.
• Influencer Marketing Management: Source, approve and review local and macro-influencers. You’ll manage the outreach pipeline and ensure creators deliver content that hits the mark in partnership with our influencer agency.
• City-Based Campaigns: You will assist in brainstorming and executing hyper-targeted, city-specific campaigns to build local buzz and offline-to-online engagement.
• Agency Coordination: Act as a bridge between our internal team and our paid media agency. You’ll help coordinate our boosting/paid social efforts to ensure our top-performing organic content gets the budget it deserves.

Role Qualifications

• Unapologetic Passion: You genuinely love social media and influencer culture. You understand the nuances of different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and what makes content shareable.
• A Creative Mindset: You can spot trends before they hit the mainstream and know how to adapt them to a brand voice.
• Organization Skills: Juggling multiple influencers and city campaigns requires a sharp eye for detail and great time management.
• Analytical Curiosity: Note: While basic knowledge of social analytics is a massive plus to help us track our social media impact, it is not mandatory . We are more than happy to teach you the ropes if you bring the data-curious mindset!
