We're Hiring: Hogan Core Banking Consultant (Advisory Role)

Are you an experienced Hogan Core Banking Consultant with a strong background in banking transformation and modernization initiatives? We are seeking a seasoned professional to provide strategic advisory services to a leading banking client.

Role Overview

As a Hogan Core Banking Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the bank's core banking modernization journey. You will provide expert guidance on Hogan architecture, strategic roadmaps, and integration approaches while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to drive transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise senior stakeholders on core banking modernization strategies and transformation initiatives.
• Support the development of the bank's core banking modernization roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on Hogan system architecture , applications, and integration points within the broader banking ecosystem.
• Deliver advisory support across the Hogan Core Banking platform .
• Collaborate with the internal DXC Hogan team and coordinate remote support activities during engagement ramp-up.
• Work primarily remotely, with occasional travel to the office as required.

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in Hogan Core Banking Architecture and Applications , including:
• IDS
• FSS
• CIS
• RPM
• Umbrella
• Proven experience supporting banking transformation and modernization programs.
• Deep understanding of core banking systems integration and architecture.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Work Arrangement

• Remote-first role
• Occasional office travel required
