Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Supplier Development Specialist in the Monterrey area to drive supplier readiness, capacity and process improvements, collaborating across Quality, Engineering and Strategic Sourcing teams.

The role emphasizes on-site assessments, structured problem solving (RCA, PFMEA) andLean methods to enable capacity expansion and reliable supplier performance; 25–50% travel is required.
