Senior Engineering Manager - NPI & Manufacturing

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager in Mexicali to lead product development and NPI engineering teams. This role involves managing engineering changes, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring the successful launch of power connector products.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in high-volume production, a strong background in CAD design, and a proven ability to manage engineering teams effectively. Proficiency in English and preferably Spanish is required.
