FP&A CoE Lead: Headcount & Automation, Mexico

Delinea Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the newly established FP&A Center of Excellence in Mexico City. The successful candidate will build and manage company-wide headcount and expense reporting operations, integrating financial insights to enhance decision-making. This role is critical for leveraging AI and automation for operational efficiency.

The position demands over 8 years of FP&A experience, including direct people management and expertise in financial planning processes. The candidate will work hybrid, primarily onsite in our Reforma location three days a week.
