GERENTE DE PRODUCTO – CARE

DESCRIPCIÓN:
El Gerente de Producto es responsable de gestionar portafolios de proveedores estratégicos, conectando estrategia, mercado, precios, pipeline y ejecución comercial.
- Definir y ejecutar la estrategia del portafolio, asegurando la alineación con la estrategia del proveedor y desarrollando planes para expandir la participación de mercado de los productos core y acelerar el crecimiento de las especialidades.
- Buscar mejores costos y negociar a través del análisis de mercado, recopilando retroalimentación de los clientes, monitoreando tendencias y dando seguimiento a los movimientos de la competencia.
- Gestionar la relación con proveedores estratégicos y liderar reuniones de business review , seguimiento del pipeline de proyectos y elaboración de reportes de desempeño.
- Definir el posicionamiento de precios alineado con el mercado, orientando la estrategia comercial y monitoreando su ejecución, actuando con mentalidad de dueño y ajustando rápidamente la estrategia cuando sea necesario.
- Colaborar e influir en la organización, alineando esfuerzos con los equipos de Ventas, Marketing, Laboratorio y Supply Chain para asegurar la ejecución de las prioridades del negocio.
REQUISITOS:
- Licenciatura concluida en Química, Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería de Producción, Farmacia o áreas afines.
- Experiencia en especialidades químicas y aplicaciones CARE (Beauty & Personal Care) , con sólidos conocimientos técnicos para interactuar con proveedores y discutir soluciones especializadas. Perfil comercial con experiencia en negociación, desarrollo de negocios y gestión estratégica de relaciones con proveedores.
