Using your creativity, commercial sensibility, guest understanding, and passion for product, you will transform stores and windows into stages that celebrate ZEGNA’s creative direction and brand DNA, while ensuring alignment with global visual merchandising standards. **HOW YOU BRING IT TO LIFE** Here’s how you’ll bring this role to life each day — making it your own and shaping it with your unique talents and expertise: * Partner with our Store Planning and Merchandising teams to create and innovate impactful visual displays that inspire and engage customers. * Ensure visual consistency across all retail points in LATAM, bringing to life at a local level the centrally defined creative vision. * Collaborate with Store Managers and key stakeholders to enhance sales through visual merchandising, incorporating market feedback and product performance insights to support business growth. * Support the implementation and execution of seasonal visual merchandising guidelines, campaigns, and product presentations across the region. * Work closely with store teams, providing guidance and expertise from a visual merchandising perspective to ensure brand standards are maintained. * Source and recommend alternative products and solutions for interior presentations when needed. * Monitor the quality and effectiveness of visual merchandising executions, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. * Stay informed on competitor activities, retail trends, and industry best practices to continuously elevate visual presentation standards. * Support new store openings, renovations, and special projects as required across the LATAM region. * Actively communicate market feedback, visual merchandising insights, and best practices to relevant stakeholders to strengthen the customer experience and support business objectives. * Actively communicate guest insights, product feedback, and key store updates within the team to help ensure guest satisfaction and support business goals. **WHO YOU ARE** This is how you show up: * You bring solid experience in retail visual merchandising, with a proven ability to execute and maintain premium brand presentation standards. * You can transform conceptual ideas into practical and impactful visual solutions. * You demonstrate a genuine passion for luxury, product storytelling, and brand excellence, with exceptional attention to detail and a hands-on approach. * You are willing and able to travel across the LATAM region as business needs require. **NATURALLY** **IN ZEGNA** Joining us means stepping into a world of excellence, where the uniqueness of our authenticity is rooted in the talents of our people, who together contribute to weaving a story of innovation and craftsmanship.
