• Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the accounting team, fostering professional growth and development.
