Finance Accounting Analyst (San Pedro Tlaquepaque)

Job Summary

• Performing account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial records
• Preparing manual journal entries to record revenue and other accounting transactions
• Actively participate in control and compliance projects, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to improve and automate accounting processes
• Maintain up-to-date accounting records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
• Provides accounting expertise to functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives
• Performs complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, utilizing strong business understanding to achieve objectives effectively.
• Drives business initiatives, overseeing analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance

Education & Experience Recommended

• Three-year or Graduate Degree in Accounting or Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 2-3 years of work experience, preferably in accounting space, internal audit, or a related field.
