Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and recommend offline (Excel) or system reports to enhance profitability information.
• Build and analyze profitability data for product, customer, region, channel, and other relevant dimensions.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reporting on company profitability by product, customer, region, and channel, and analyze variances against Plan, Forecast, and Prior Year.
• Monitor and analyze cost and expense paths throughout the company and assess their impact on product, customer, region, channel, and other segments.
• Elaborate financial profitability reports for local and corporate management.
• Calculate and track KPIs related to financial profitability.
• Participate in process improvement teams and complete all special projects as required.
• Evaluate investment projects using IRR, ROI, NPV, and build related financial models.
• Assist with monthly close processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general accounting, financial planning, and cost structure.
• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with SAP, Analysis Office, and BPC reporting is desirable.

Education & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Investment Banking, or a related field.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Bachelor of Business Administration.
