Role Overview

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, conduct regular client reviews, collaborate with sales and account management teams, provide updates on new products and services, and present reports on client relationship metrics and performance.

Qualifications

• Certified Client Relationship Manager (CCRM) or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in client relationship management or a related field.
