Hiring: Bilingual Call Center Agent — Remote, Home Office

We are looking for bilingual call center agents to join a remote customer service and sales team.

Requirements:

✅ Advanced or native-level English, verified through an interview

✅ Minimum education: Middle school completed

✅ Desktop or laptop computer running Windows 10 or later

✅ Stable internet connection via Ethernet cable

✅ Noise-canceling headset

✅ Availability between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Schedules and compensation:

Choose from 6-, 8-, or 9-hour shifts. Compensation is hourly, allowing you to earn more depending on your selected schedule.

First two weeks of training: $75 MXN per hour

Junior Agent: $87.50 MXN per hour , subject to performance metrics

Senior Agent after three months: $100 MXN per hour , subject to performance metrics

Weekly sales bonuses of up to $2,000 MXN

Total weekly earnings of up to $5,000 MXN , depending on schedule, performance, and sales
