Empresa líder en la manufactura y comercialización de componentes electrónicos para México, EE.UU. y Canadá busca un profesional para unirse como Customer Service.
Responsabilidades Clave:
- Brindar asistencia experta y oportuna a través de diversos canales de comunicación, como correo electrónico y llamadas telefónicas, tanto a clientes externos como a nuestro equipo de ventas interno.
- Apoyar activamente en la elaboración de cotizaciones precisas y la preparación de presupuestos detallados, garantizando que la información proporcionada sea clara y competitiva.
- Verificar y asistir en la gestión integral de los pedidos de los clientes , desde la recepción hasta la entrega final. Esto incluye la coordinación de la logística de envíos, asegurando que los productos lleguen a su destino de manera eficiente y a tiempo.
- Capturar y registrar de manera meticulosa todos los pedidos de los clientes en nuestro sistema.
- Realizar un seguimiento proactivo del estado de los pedidos y los envíos , manteniendo a los clientes informados de manera constante sobre cualquier actualización o cambio relevante.
- Colaborar en la revisión y monitoreo de los niveles de inventario para asegurar la disponibilidad de productos y facilitar la toma de decisiones informadas.
- Identificar, analizar y resolver de manera efectiva cualquier problema o incidencia que pueda surgir durante el ciclo de vida del pedido, minimizando el impacto en el cliente y la operación.
Requisitos Indispensables:
- Deseablee 2 a 3 años de experiencia en puestos similares de atención al cliente, soporte o coordinación, en industrias relacionadas con la electrónica.
- Nivel 100% de dominio del idioma inglés , tanto en expresión oral como escrita.
Horario:
- Jornada laboral solo de lunes a viernes.
Ofrecemos:
- Sueldo base mensual de $27,000.
- Prestaciones de ley completas desde el primer día, incluyendo un aguinaldo de 30 días.
