DIRECTOR/A DE RECURSOS HUMANOS - MANUFACTURA

Principales funciones:
Dirigir la estrategia integral de Recursos Humanos para la planta de Monterrey, asegurando disponibilidad, productividad y desarrollo del talento requerido por el negocio.
Liderar las relaciones laborales con sindicatos activos: negociaciones contractuales, revisiones salariales y prevención de contingencias.
Ser socio estratégico de Operaciones en la implementación de Lean Manufacturing y mejora continua.
Dirigir el modelo de atención de Recursos Humanos para la planta y sus tres turnos, garantizando cobertura y consistencia.
Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de Recursos Humanos (aprox. 40 personas), fortaleciendo su autonomía y orientación al negocio.
Administrar la planeación de plantilla y el costo laboral: headcount, tiempo extra, ausentismo y rotación.
Asegurar la atracción, retención y sucesión del talento operativo, técnico y de liderazgo de la planta.
Garantizar el cumplimiento normativo y de políticas corporativas, y analizar indicadores para identificar riesgos y oportunidades de mejora.
Perfil requerido:
•Psicología Organizacional, Recursos Humanos, Administración o Derecho Laboral.
•10 - 15 años de experiencia en Recursos Humanos.
•Experiencia directiva en manufactura de gran escala, con sindicatos activos y operación de tres turnos.
•Nivel de inglés: Alto (fluido, indispensable).
•Legislación laboral, Lean Manufacturing, compensaciones y beneficios, Excel y HRIS/ERP.beneficios, Excel y HRIS/ERP.
