GPS Engineer
Grammer México
En Grammer Querétaro buscamos un GPS Engineer (Grammer Production System) apasionado por la mejora continua y la excelencia operativa para integrarse a nuestro equipo. Serás responsable de desarrollar e implementar proyectos de Lean Manufacturing que impulsen la productividad, la eficiencia y la estandarización de los procesos de planta.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Liderar e implementar proyectos de mejora continua.
- Analizar procesos e identificar oportunidades de optimización.
- Aplicar herramientas Lean Manufacturing como Kaizen, 5S, Kanban y Poka-Yoke.
- Calcular y dar seguimiento a indicadores de productividad.
- Desarrollar e impartir capacitaciones relacionadas con el Grammer Production System.
- Documentar estándares de trabajo y mejores prácticas.
- Colaborar con las diferentes áreas de la planta para implementar iniciativas de mejora.
- Participar en proyectos estratégicos enfocados en productividad y reducción de desperdicios.
Requisitos
- Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Producción, Ingeniería Logística o carrera afín.
- 2 a 3 años de experiencia en mejora continua o Lean Manufacturing, preferentemente en la industria automotriz.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Conocimiento de Lean Manufacturing y herramientas de mejora continua.
- Manejo de AutoCAD, Minitab y Microsoft Office.
- Experiencia en análisis de procesos e indicadores de desempeño.
