Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes across the Americas region.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare executive-level reporting packages, including performance analysis, variance reporting, and key business insights.
• Drive gross profit improvement initiatives through detailed financial and operational analysis.
• Partner with business leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement actions.

Strategic Business Partnering

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and functional stakeholders.
• Influence decision-making through proactive financial insights and actionable recommendations.
• Support investment evaluations, profitability reviews, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Translate financial performance into business actions that drive growth and operational efficiency.

Data Analytics & Storytelling

• Analyze large and complex datasets to provide meaningful business insights.
• Build executive dashboards and performance scorecards using Power BI and other visualization tools.
• Transform financial and operational data into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership.
• Develop KPI frameworks and performance measurement tools that enable fact-based decisions.

Finance Transformation & Automation

• Lead initiatives focused on process standardization, automation, and reporting optimization.
• Design and implement solutions using advanced Excel, VBA/macros, Power BI, and other digital finance tools.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes and improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Partner with global teams to drive finance transformation initiatives across the region.

AI & Digital Enablement

• Apply AI-enabled tools such as Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and other digital solutions to enhance FP&A processes.
• Explore innovative approaches to forecasting, reporting, planning, and business analysis using emerging technologies.
• Drive adoption of data-driven and AI-supported decision-making practices throughout the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analytics, Finance Business Partnering, or Corporate Finance.
• Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling activities.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, data manipulation, and process automation.
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent presentation and executive communication skills.
• Fluent English.

Highly Preferred

• CPA, CMA, MBA, PMP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with VBA, macros, Power Query, Power Automate, or other automation tools.
• Experience leading finance transformation, shared services, or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms in a finance environment.
• Experience supporting multinational or matrixed organizations.
