Area sales manager (Nezahualcóyotl)

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales & Penetration Targets: Ensure achievement of sales, financing, and insurance goals for new and pre‑owned vehicles across assigned Agents, aligned with company and Group strategies into a compliant performance.
- Drive maximization of sales funnel conversion rates by ensuring proper management of leads provided by MBMex BDC and by consistent agent performance management.
- Monitor and drive agents’ customer satisfaction performance.
- Enable Commercial Excellence: Support Agents through strategic guidance, on-site visits, and tailored action plans to ensure successful implementation of commercial strategies and performance improvement.
- Support compliance with agents’ standards by using the MBMex standards checklist when visiting agents.
- Coordinate solution finding for sales area related customer complaints, including alignment across MBMex departments, respective agents and customers.
- Train & Align Agent Teams: Deliver ongoing training and communication on company goals, sales & financing tools (Sales Transaction System, Advantage, Helios, Salesforce, VX, credit rules, AML requirements), leasing and financing products, marketing standards and customer experience initiatives to ensure consistency at the point of sales.
- Monitor Market & Performance: Continuously analyze sales performance and market dynamics, benchmark against competitors, and identify trends to drive improvements and mitigate risks.
- Report & Collaborate Internally: Provide insights and structured feedback to internal management to support strategic decision-making and ensure alignment between field execution and corporate objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of management or financial services experience in automotive sales, dealer network.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle financing, leasing and insurance products, including regulatory understanding.
- Experience with sales tools and platforms such as Salesforce and SAP preferred.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving commercial performance.
