Influencer Marketing Senior/ Lead

We seek a Influencer Marketing SR/Lead ; who dares to think differently and trusts their gut .

You’ll play a key role in crafting ideas that move culture and drive business, blending creativity, media, and AI to make an impact that lasts.

Main responsibilities:

• End-to-end execution , from influencer scouting and contracts to final deliverables, content review, scheduling, and reporting.
• Identify influencers that are a strong fit for the assigned brand(s) (audience, affinity, performance).
• Apply brand safety and audience quality criteria, proactively preventing risks.
• Negotiate fees, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, exclusivities, etc., always ensuring KPI compliance.
• Track metrics, gather insights, and propose optimizations.
• Develop executive reports with key learnings and takeaways.
• Coordinate with Creative, Planning, PR, and BI teams , and manage relationships with vendors and talent management agencies.

What will help you succeed:

• Proven experience (4+ years) in Influencer Marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Experience using HypeAuditor .
• Up to date with trends, platforms, and content formats.
